Our Virtual Classrooms seamlessly integrates the conferencing technology into almost any existing software or system. You don't need to be the owner of the software, have access to the source code, or even host it yourself. Integration of conferencing technology into things you already use minimizes negative impact on the users and maximizes usability. This helps break down barriers to using the conferencing technology by simplifying it and integrating it into something already totally familiar to the user. ![]()
Google Calendar: Working similar to the Outlook integration, the Google Calendar integration allows users to schedule meetings in a virtual conference room that has been previously created and configured, or create a new conference room for this meeting only and choose to have it automatically deleted upon completion of the meeting.
Moodle: Moodle's Learning Management System is a widely used open-source system for online courses. Integration of Talking Communities permits adding live classes to the course work. Live classrooms can be created, modified, and deleted in the Virtual Classroom module. Classrooms can then be linked with courses and scheduled.
Let's Go Expo: This service provides Online live and archived virtual Expos, Meetings, and Courses. This system combines synchronous and asynchronous media with online payment systems and sponsoring to create and customize online events. Complete integration of the conference system allows multiple online presenters, expositors, and teachers to collaborate simultaneously.
Second Life: Second Life is an online 3-D world environment. It is quickly gaining ground in the education world for online training. It does, however, require a powerful computer and broadband access. Our Virtual Classrooms have been integrated with SL to provide equal opportunity to those with older computers or slower connections. ![]()
